In the services business there are a couple of problems that you always have. You can have too many people or you can have too few people. Neither one is great, but right now Seilevel is faced with the challenge of having too few people (we like to say it is the good problem to have). We currently have 21 consultants and we need more right away! It is as simple as this; we are looking for someone who has the capability to hire 5 people per month in their first 90 days on the job. Over the next year we would maintain a hiring rate of around 1.5/month. The catch is that candidates have to pass our excruciatingly difficult interview process. Just to give you an idea, of the general population of IT people only about 0.5%-1% pass through our screens. The ex-trilogy population has a higher rate, but is still only about 20%.
