Do you wish the people you worked with were as fanatical about requirements as you?

At Seilevel we are serious about requirements and designing software. Our mission is to redefine the way companies create software requirements. Due to our high level of customer referenceability we have a tremendous backlog of work and need to expand our staff.

We are looking for people who:

• love to take a project all the way from the vision to rollout to the users
• want to make requirements facilitation and review sessions fun
• are excited to learn completely new subject matter areas within weeks of joining a project
• have a history of making clients referenceable
• can write requirements documents that are thorough and complete but also understandable
• really understand how to prioritize requirements
• want to research the field of requirements and write articles and papers
• will establish strong relationships with client contacts at all levels
