Job Title: Director of Candidate Experience
We are looking for someone to be our Director of Recruiting, aka Director of Candidate Experience.

In the services business there are a couple of problems that you always have. You can have too many people or you can have too few people. Neither one is great, but right now Seilevel is faced with the challenge of having too few people (we like to say it is the good problem to have). We currently have 21 consultants and we need more right away!

It is as simple as this; we are looking for someone who has the capability to hire 5 people per month in their first 90 days on the job. Over the next year we would maintain a hiring rate of around 1.5/month.

The catch is that candidates have to pass our excruciatingly difficult interview process. Just to give you an idea, of the general population of IT people only about 0.5%-1% pass through our screens. The ex-trilogy population has a higher rate, but is still only about 20%.

If you know how to do college recruiting, even better!

Here are a couple of other points:

  • You will be the Director of Candidate Experience and will report directly to the President (although that really may be a negative...)
  • Except for the actual interview content, you will have free reign over how you want to find candidates
  • You will own your own recruiting budget
  • You will have support from existing consultants to actually perform the screens
  • You will have good tools in place to manage candidates
  • You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact!
  • If you show aptitude you can also help with marketing events after the first 90 days
  • You will have metrics to help you to monitor the process and any changes you make
